GPT, Or Not GPT

GPT, Or Not GPT

For my most recent assignment for MCO426, I found it very challenging to get ChatGPT to write about something with inaccurate information. I believe it’s because ChatGPT is becoming more advanced. For example, my first prompt idea was about the most recent scandals regarding P. Diddy. But ChatGPT ended up providing not only accurate information but also real sources to back up what was being said. So I decided to have the AI website write about how to achieve muscular hypertrophy. Although ChatGPT was spot on with most of the well-known methods for muscular hypertrophy, there were still some important details that were missing. For example, how long you should rest between exercises, or the differences between a compound exercise and an isolation exercise.

It’s true that AI might have some flaws, but I feel like I still have a good amount of trust in AI, and this belief has only strengthened over time. Especially because it has made massive improvements since ChatGPT first came out, evolving into a more sophisticated tool that understands and generates human-like text. I am confident in recommending ChatGPT if you struggle with proper grammar in your writing, as it can serve as good resource in helping you improve your skills. I personally have learned a lot when it comes to how to write thanks to using OpenAI in my personal projects, which has significantly enhanced my ability to communicate clearly and concisely. If you’re trying to get ChatGPT to write about something for you, it doesn’t hurt to do your own fact-checking to verify the accuracy of an AI post, ensuring that the information you receive is reliable and trustworthy.
